Slide the hand of injured arm into slot, and position elbow into pocket of the sling.
Lift sling overhead, place shoulder cap onto opposite uninjured shoulder.
For added hand, wrist or finger support, move injured arm to the inner hand sleeve.
Pull strap to adjust positioning of the injured arm, to elevate and aid with swelling.
To loosen, lift buckle to release the strap. Allow the weight of your injured arm to lower.
The Lo-Hi Sling should lay flat across back.
